Construction to Begin Soon at Houston's Levy Park according to the Houston Chronicle

The Houston Chronicle has offered a first glimpse of the soon-to-be-transformed Levy Park in Houston, Texas. Long tucked away on a cul-de-sac street in the Upper Kirby District, the park has been fully re-invented to better serve the surrounding community and support new growth set to occur in the form of Midaway's mixed-use Kirby Grove development. The $10M, highly programmed park will cover approximately six acres on Eastside Street between the Southwest Freeway 59 and Richmond Avenue. Construction is set to begin in late summer 2014, and be completed within a year's time.
