Nestled in the foothills north of San Diego, California, a new Pardee community of 1200 single-family homes provides a unique alternative to new home neighborhoods. The preservation of native avocado and citrus orchards creates a relaxed rural setting for one of Southern California’s premier home builders. The community will be comprised of a mixture of four different complementary architectural home types.

The project develops 175 acres of 390 acres, preserving much of the existing landscape for open space. This open space in and around the community weaves a series of trails, parks, orchards and an agricultural preserve into comfortable natural living.
