The Ritz-Carlton in downtown Dallas is a new 215 room, 5-Star business class hotel with 70 condominium residences designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. The gated, Regency style complex features two formal entrances, one to the hotel and one to the condominiums, each with a special paving auto-court drop-off area and lush landscaping.

The hotel ballroom opens out to a fully landscaped outdoor courtyard with a terrace and unique water features. Guests can enjoy dining under a beautiful canopy of shade trees or inside a pergola on the outdoor dining terrace lined with water fountains. A special enclosed courtyard reserved for the residents includes an open lawn terrace, arbor-lined walkways and a living water feature.

Construction on the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Condominium complex is scheduled for the first quarter of 2005.
