This collaboration with Gensler Houston, is a new 20-acre mixed-use development for the Midway Companies. The waterfront development is located on the northeast shore of Lake Houston. The development includes approximately 75,000 square feet of retail, four restaurants, 30,000 square feet of office space, urban style condominiums, brownstones and pedestrian oriented urban amenities.

The centerpiece of the project is a multi-level urban plaza with an interactive splash fountain located at the center. Additional amenities include public art, grand staircases that maximize views across Lake Houston and a waterfront walkway along the bulkhead.

Landscaped pedestrian streets, a multi-level central plaza, an interactive fountain and waterfront walkway provide a variety of areas for community events and combine to create a truly unique environment to live, work, shop and play.
