Field Street Tower

Field Street Tower strives to change the face of the Downtown Dallas Skyline. The 600-ft tower is prominently located at the crossroads of Uptown, Victory Park, and the Arts District and is set to be the tallest office tower in the City. The building is within walking distance of Klyde Warren Park and seeks to recreate the pedestrian experience with dedicated outdoor spaces, in addition to flexible floor plates, retail, and dining opportunities.

A welcoming public realm creatively utilizes shifted planes of paving to establish a series of gathering spaces at ground level. The landscape builds a unique arrival experience with enhanced complete streets, garden areas, and caliper trees that greet tenants and visitors upon entry. Landscape walls line the site to establish a sense of security, and a water feature helps to reduce noise and light pollution in the pedestrian-focused environment. A 23,000 SF sky park on level 16 is exclusively available to tenants and provides views of Klyde Warren Park, the Perot, and downtown. The space softens the structure and comfortably embraces socializing and collaboration with outdoor workstations, pavilions, and a flexible lawn for events.

The tower is pursuing LEED Certification.
