About Diana Boric

Diana joined OJB’s Philadelphia team in 2023. She earned a Master of Landscape Architecture from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Retail Marketing from Thomas Jefferson University. She also holds certificates in Interior Design and Architectural Studies and Human Centered Healthcare from Parsons School of Design. As a Designer, Diana comes to landscape practice with a diverse background in public health and media publishing. Prior to returning to school to earn a Master of Landscape Architecture, Diana worked in community-based healthcare implementing innovative program design and strategic outreach initiatives for LGBTQ+ youth, re-entry, and unhoused communities. Utilizing her unique background in healthcare and creative services, Diana is drawn to finding ways to improve the public realm. Drawing on her expertise in healthcare and creative services, Diana is committed to improving the public realm. Having witnessed the need for accessibility in her previous role, she is conscious of the disproportionate effects of climate change on disadvantaged communities.

She is involved with several committees in the New Jersey chapter of ASLA and on the Advisory Board for ASLA’s Landscape Architecture Magazine. Prior to joining the team, she was selected to participate in the Dumbarton Oaks Graduate Workshop focused on Public Lands and Public Health. In 2022, she was nominated by faculty as an LAF Olmsted Scholar and in 2023, her independent research was featured at conferences in New York and Mexico City. In her spare time, Diana enjoys travel, photography, drawing, making playlists, hosting events and spending time with her family and friends.
