BOSTON’S 15 NECCO STREET KICKS OFF DESIGN REVIEW

15 Necco Street, a 12-story office and life-sciences building, kicked off its formal design review process in Boston earlier this week. OJB is working with Elkus Manfredi, as well as Alexandria Real Estate Equities and National Development, the project’s developers. The multi-tenant building will offer a mix of office, research and development, and life sciences spaces on the upper floors, with retail on the ground floor. The building will also feature a rooftop terrace, welcoming entry, and improved connections to the City’s Harborwalk.

The 15 Necco Street project is adjacent to the GE’s World Headquarters project, which is also being designed by OJB Landscape Architecture. Together, both projects significantly enhance public access and use of the waterfront.
