DESIGNS COMPLETE FOR UPTOWN DALLAS DEVELOPMENT AKARD PLACE
OJB has worked alongside architects Graphite Design Group to finish designs for the new Akard Place, a $200M mixed-use tower development which will fill two empty lots at the corner of Field St. and Cedar Springs Road, just to the north of Klyde Warren Park- the new hub of downtown Dallas. OJB has designed the streetscape surrounding the retail, restaurant and parking at street level, as well as a large on-structure park plaza featuring specimen trees. The tower will also feature roof gardens at levels. The project is slated to be completed by mid 2017.
