Today marks the groundbreaking of The Union, an 800,000 SF office, residential and retail development. The mixed-use project is located at Field Street and Cedar Springs Road in downtown Dallas, near many of Dallas’ vibrant districts, including Uptown, and The Arts District. OJB has designed the project’s signature feature, a 21,000 SF green space and events plaza, which will be surrounded by retail stores, restaurants, and a grocery store. The central plaza will include water features, seating areas, trees and a performance area.
Construction is expected to be complete by 2018.
