Yesterday, the Dallas City Council unanimously committed funding for the deck park in Oak Cliff near the Dallas Zoo. Named the Southern Gateway, OJB designed the 5.5-acre park, which will reconnect the Oak Cliff neighborhoods, currently separated by Interstate 35.
