About Amanda Walker

Amanda joined the Boston office in 2019 after completing her Masters of Landscape Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Art History. In 2022, Amanda transferred to the Philadelphia office. Originally from Jamaica, she is passionate about creating equitable landscapes that foster diversity and inclusion. Amanda is one of the co-creators of OJB’s first Equity in Design committee and helps to direct efforts in recruitment and community outreach, including leading the Stewardship initiative for the firm’s JUST 2.0 certification. Amanda oversees OJB’s furniture database and helps direct efforts in representation. She is currently working on the Masterplan for the Potomac River Generating Station in Alexandria, VA and the Watertown Mall Repositioning in Watertown, MA.
