About Jamin Pablo, ASLA

Jamin joined OJB’s Houston in 2011, went on to spend several years working in a residential design-build office and rejoined OJB in 2021. After earning a Bachelor of Applied Ecology from the University of California, Irvine, Jamin went on to obtain a Master of Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University. He is a licensed landscape architect in Texas. As a Senior Associate and accomplished project manager, Jamin oversees the design, documentation, and management of projects of all scales and typologies. His design and technical expertise are excellent tools that are deployed to overcome obstacles and develop creative designs aimed at highlighting the unique qualities of site.

Jamin uses his background in ecology to apply a holistic approach to sustainable design and construction solutions. A native of Los Angeles, he is attuned to the influences of climate degradation. His time there inspired his desire to restore urban spaces with wild greenery and natural materials. With extensive experience in handling complex infrastructure challenges, Jamin currently serves as a key designer on multiple mixed-use developments. Some of his notable built projects include Baylor University McLane Stadium in Waco, Texas, Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital in The Woodlands, Texas, 609 Main at Texas in Houston, and Dominion Energy Headquarters in Richmond, Virginia. In his free time, he enjoys time outdoors and time with family and friends.
