She also works on inter-disciplinary studio curriculum for Penn’s Studio+, a design-build studio thinking of public schools as equity infrastructure. She is also designing stormwater strategic plan for the city of Pittsburgh with PWSA. She won first place nationally for EPA’s RainWorks Challenge, Water Center Research Award, and leads Penn’s Environmental Innovations Initiative for a research project in K-12 school in West Philadelphia. Mrinalini strongly believes in the need of inter-disciplinary collaboration in the field of design to include varied insights, which not only increases our understanding of site and its issues but advances our thinking of opportunities for the site.

She has a bachelor’s in architecture from School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi and is a registered architect in India.
