Richard Neuffer earned his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Iowa State University and is a licensed Landscape Architect in California. He is a design-driven thinker with a discerning eye and a deep understanding of contextual design principles. With over 23 years of experience, he offers a comprehensive grasp of design, collaboration, coordination, and construction processes, particularly within the realm of high-end retail and resort landscapes throughout southern California and Las Vegas. Joining OJB in July 2023, Richard hopes to bring his passion for creating human-centered spaces to the Solana Beach team.
