The ULI Houston Annual Awards Ceremony was held tonight and honored the finalists and named the 2018 recipients of the ULI-Houston Development of Distinction Awards. This year’s awards were divided into five categories:

• For-profit large
• For-profit small
• Not-for-profit
• Urban open space
• People’s choice award

We are excited to announce that Levy Park was the Urban Open Space winner and also took home the People’s Choice Award, which was voted on at the event!

The Development Of Distinction Awards strives to showcase the best examples of real estate development in Houston and the surrounding areas. The awards program rewards developments that show the responsible use of land in all aspects of design, construction, community importance, health and financial stability.
