For the second year in a row OJB was represented in the Houston Business Journal’s Landmark Awards. The team collaborated on three projects that were recognized. Hughes Landing, in The Woodlands, won in the category for Mixed-use and 3737 Buffalo Speedway won for Office Building development. In addition, Midtown Arts & Theater Center was chosen as a finalist in the Community Impact category.

The Landmark Awards celebrate projects that make an impression on the Houston landscape and are marked by land planning, design, construction, economics, marketing and management. OJB is honored to work on projects that are making a significant impact on the city of Houston.
