As Director of Marketing, Marisa leads firmwide marketing strategy, proposal development, and external communications that support growth and strengthen the firm’s positioning. With a background spanning marketing, business development, project management, and corporate account management, she aligns long-term vision with the development of internal tools and resources that empower teams across the firm. Marisa brings a strategic and design-minded approach to brand management, content development, visual storytelling, and pursuit strategy.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Public Relations from Baylor University. Outside of work, Marisa is a Jazzercise instructor, dedicated dog foster, and enthusiastic home cook. She is also an avid traveler who finds inspiration in exploring new places, cultures, and cuisines and values opportunities to connect with others through shared experiences.
