Rudraksha has over 20 years of experience as a landscape architect. As a Technical Director, she excels at analyzing site conditions and implementing construction strategies to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule. She also enjoys mentoring team members in developing high-quality construction documents, custom details, and grading plans.
With her in-depth knowledge of local building codes, ADA guidelines, and the International Building Code (IBC), Rudraksha earned certification as a Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) from the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).
Before joining OJB’s Houston office in the fall of 2025, Rudraksha worked at a landscape architecture firm in Baltimore, where she managed a wide range of projects—from plazas and academic campuses to stadiums.
