Over the last few years Houston’s Levy Park has been undergoing a complete redesign and renovation. The re-imagined park, designed by OJB, will create a new gathering place and destination for residents and visitors to enjoy an active schedule of free daily programs and events.
Studies have shown a correlation between proximity to green space and increased property values. We observed this economic benefit with OJB’s Klyde Warren Park, and the transformation of Levy Park is also expected to provide a posititive impact on real estate values in the surrounding area.
