Creating a pedestrian experience that is equally inviting for the restaurant and beer garden as it is to the brewery was a focus of this project.
The program includes a new restaurant, outdoor deck, beer garden, gaming area with bocce courts and cornhole, and flexible activity lawn. Various street improvements including sidewalk widening and landscaped streetscape provide a welcoming and inviting environment for pedestrians and a new catalyst for growth and revitalization within an industrial neighborhood.
The 115,000-SF covered, outdoor beer garden is organized around an open courtyard and provides a vibrant connection to the brewery and the bocce courts, which have unobstructed views of downtown. The site also supports festivals, events and various art exhibition space year-round.
The open site and comfortable landscaped outdoor rooms encourage and engage visitors to eat, play and connect. The flexible site will accommodate a long-term vision to expand brewery options and contribute to a developing neighborhood.
