Completed in 2021, Norfolk Southern’s new urban campus is a recent addition to Midtown Atlanta’s Technology Square. The Norfolk Southern campus provides employees with amenities that foster a balanced work environment. On-site child-care, outdoor work enabled space, outdoor dining, and social gathering space help to establish a healthy urban campus. Two office towers unified by a central 5-story hub feature private roof gardens and terraces throughout. These dynamic, flexible green spaces offer opportunities for respite in nature and can be activated to support meetings, collaboration and socialization. Thoughtfully designed ground level plazas act as a gateway to the campus, while simultaneously offering seating and gathering space for both the public and employees.
